Dr. Moss's telephone is answered promptly by a friendly staff member during office hours. Your call will not be answered by an answering machine with a multitude of prompts. Carla, Sandy, and Lisa will try to be as helpful as possible and provide you with the information that you need. They will also mail you information on the surgeries you are interested in.

Dr. Moss' staff will accommodate you with an appointment that fits your busy schedule. Saturday appointments are readily available as well as many weekday appointments. We understand that mothers have children to care for, that they need to meet the school bus and that many working patients want to have their office visits and surgery with as little impact on their job as possible.

Dr. Moss provides complete cosmetic consultations in an unhurried fashion. You are examined and all of your questions are answered. Should you decide to schedule surgery with Dr. Moss, your small consultation fee (usually $75) can be applied to the cost of your surgery.

Dr. Moss provides patients with attractive pricing and financing for cosmetic surgery procedures. Through sound fiscal management Dr. Moss is able to control overhead costs so that many patients find cosmetic surgery affordable.

Dr. Moss has an excellent surgical record. He has 25 years of experience and specializes in Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Moss is "Board Certified" in both Plastic Surgery and Otolaryngology. He is considered one of the most experienced Plastic Surgeons on the South Shore. Dr. Moss has many happy and satisfied patients.

Dr. Moss and staff will try to schedule your surgery when it is convenient for you. Dr. Moss is on staff at five hospitals so that he has plenty of operative time available. Everything will be arranged by Dr. Moss' office so that the surgical process is as easy for patients as possible.

Your pre-operative visit will be with Dr. Moss two weeks before your surgery. He will personally review all of your instructions for surgery. You will be given your prescriptions at this time to conveniently fill before surgery. Dr. Moss will also examine you again and review the goals of your surgery. You will again have another opportunity to have any additional questions answered.

Your post-operative care is provided entirely by Dr. Moss in a very caring and attentive manner. All patients are seen the day after their discharge from the hospital even if it is a Sunday or a holiday. All surgeries are scheduled so that patients will most likely receive all of their post-operative care by Dr. Moss. You are seen frequently during your immediate post-operative period. Dr. Moss is on call 24/7 for all of his patients. When Dr. Moss is away another Board Certified Plastic Surgeon will be covering.

Dr. Moss and his staff are very aware that it is often the little details that determine how a patient feels about their cosmetic surgery experience. From beginning to end they all work as a team to make your experience the "Gold Standard of Care."
