Dr. Moss accepts Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit cards. He also accepts bank checks, personal checks and cash. In addition his office can provide you with information on two different Financial Plans.
The first finance plan is through CareCredit and patients can apply online at www.carecredit.com. Patients can reach CareCredit for any questions at (866) 893-7864. The second finance plan that Dr. Moss offers is HealthCare Finance through Capital One. Patients can apply online at www.capitaloneheathcarefinance.com. Patients can call (877)-559-5050 to reach Capital One for any questions or to apply over the phone. Dr. Moss' office can send you information on both finance plans or you can contact either company directly. Please reference Dr. Moss when applying for credit so that your approval information will be available to process, should you decide to utilize either of these loans as a payment option. Please note that applying for financing does not obligate any patient to have surgery or to activate the loan. Patient signatures are required by both finance companies to activate any loan.
Dr. Moss recommends that you evaluate both finance plans before making a decision as to which one you select. We have found that the interest rates of these loans may be different with the same patient. Dr. Moss' staff will try to answer any questions you have concerning pricing, payment, or financing. They can also mail you brochures from either or both of the two finance companies.
