Dr. Moss accepts Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit cards. He also accepts bank checks, personal checks and cash. In addition his office can provide you with information on two different Financial Plans.
We work with CareCredit and patients can apply online at https://www.carecredit.com/apply/. Patients can reach CareCredit for any questions at (866) 893-7864. Dr. Moss' office can send you information this finance plan or you can contact the company directly. Please reference Dr. Moss when applying for credit so that your approval information will be available to process, should you decide to utilize this loan as a payment option. Please note that applying for financing does not obligate any patient to have surgery or to activate the loan. Patient signatures are required by CareCredit to activate any loan.
Dr. Moss recommends that you evaluate all of your payment options before making a decision as to which one you select. We have found that the variety of payment options allow many patients to move forward with surgery. Dr. Moss' staff will try to answer any questions you have concerning pricing, payment, or financing. They can also mail you a brochure from CareCredit.
