Dr. Moss performs surgery at Quincy Medical Center every Monday. We also have availability on many Thursdays and Fridays for patients who want their surgery performed at the end of the week. Dr Moss frequently performs, breast augmentation surgery, abdominoplasty surgery, rhinoplasty surgery and liposuction surgery at Quincy Medical Center. He also performs, breast lift surgery, breast reduction surgery, gynecomastia surgery, mini-face lift surgery, and blepharoplasty surgery (eye lift surgery). Abdominoplasty surgery patients stay overnight for one night. Patients are able to go home on their day of surgery for most of the other cosmetic surgery procedures.
Quincy Medical Center is a private non-profit community teaching hospital with a state-of-the-art medical technology and a highly skilled staff. Quincy Medical Center has an Alliance for Quality with Boston Medical Center and Boston University School of Medicine. This Alliance has brought academic medicine to the community and has enabled the hospital to develop new services, improve diagnostics, and bring additional expert specialists to work alongside its accomplished community-based physicians.
Quincy Medical Center has provided very attractive pricing for cosmetic surgery procedures. There are a number of plastic surgeons who utilize Quincy Medical Center for their procedures and therefore the staff is very familiar with these procedures. We find that our patients are very happy with the care that they receive at Quincy Medical Center.
The Department of Anesthesia is staffed by Anesthesia Associates of Massachusetts. All anesthesiologists are board certified and work closely with Dr. Moss to provide quality anesthesia.
By car:
From North or South on the Southeast Expressway (I-93):
- Take the Southeast Expressway (Route 93) to Furnace Brook Parkway (Exit 8 ).
- Follow Furnace Brook Parkway toward Quincy Center. At the third set of lights, turn right onto Adams St.
- Proceed on Adams Street for about one-half mile.
- Turn right at Whitwell Street. The entrance to the hospital is at the top of the hill on the left.
From Route 3
- Take the Washington Street/Quincy Center exit (going North take Exit 19, going South take Exit 18).
- Follow the signs for the T Station/Quincy Center. As you come off the exit, you will be on Burgin Parkway.
- At the fourth set of lights, turn left.
- At the next set of lights, turn right onto Granite Street.
- The first left is Whitwell Street. The entrance to the hospital is at the top of the hill.
By MBTA:
- Take the Red Line to the Quincy Center Station and Bus #245 to the hospital.
- The hospital provides a courtesy shuttle service from the MBTA station.
